Course Overview

Designed for anyone new to the Service Department or Service in general, this day is geared around the end-user using the Service Module within Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You’ll learn the basics around the service item card, service contracts, service quotes, service orders and service invoicing.

To ensure everyone gets an opportunity to attend our free training courses we have had to apply a limit of 2 people per company per course. You are more than welcome to register for more places and if the course is not full or places become available we will contact you to offer you the extra places.
