In this session, you will learn how documents are brought into the system, how templates help read the information, and how to check invoices before posting. You will also learn how the system matches details to keep everything correct, and how approvals work in both Business Central and the web portal. By the end, you will feel confident managing the document capture process from start to finish.
To ensure fair access to our free training courses, we limit attendance to 2 people per company per course. *Please bring a couple single line and multi-line invoices in PDF format. Only bring real invoices if you are fully comfortable sharing them with other attendees. If not, use dummy invoices instead.
