This year’s keynote takes you on a journey of how an operationally diverse organisation utilises Microsoft Dynamics and the wider Microsoft technology landscape to achieve their goals. As well as looking at what sits at the heart of how a business could utilise Microsoft Business Applications such as Business Central and CRM, including what’s new in both, we’ll look at how Copilot (Microsoft’s AI) is changing the operational landscape of businesses and how the Power platform is helping organisations extend and evolve while delivering key insights on business performance from the valuable data we all hold.

The session will show how to extend standard Dynamics 365 Business Central, with code, adding a small feature to its existing functionality. After a brief background, explaining the basics of system customisation. You'll see first-hand how to write, deploy, and test the code in real-time, providing valuable insights and practical skills for your business needs.

This session will demonstrate how our Upgrade Assessment can identify the optimal upgrade strategy for your business and provide tools to quantify the benefits of upgrading. We will also address common upgrade-related questions and you'll learn how ducks can help you on your upgrade path!

In today's retail landscape, consumers have more ways to shop than ever before, whether it's Click & Collect, Delivery, regular Pay & Take, or anything in between.
