Tangle Teezer, inventors of the innovative and award-winning de-tangling hairbrush favoured by celebrities including Emma Watson and Cara Delevingne, has successfully deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV as part of a global roll-out of the new ERP system.  It has integrated the solution with three business-critical systems:  the NetEDI retail ordering system, the eCommerce web platform powered by Magento and its own in-house designed serialisation solution developed to identify potential counterfeit products in the supply chain. Since going live with the support of The NAV | 365 People just five weeks ago, on time and under budget, Tangle Teezer has witnessed far greater visibility of data and regional activity, introduced smoother processes and increased efficiencies. 

Rapid business growth combined with a multitude of disparate systems drove Tangle Teezer to seek one integrated solution to simplify the IT infrastructure and ordering processes and bring agility to the company’s global business operations. They selected The NAV | 365 People after a strong recommendation from partner NetEDI and because the company could demonstrate it best met Tangle Teezer’s business requirements and offered the right cultural fit when compared with other competitors in the marketplace.

Similarly, the company has dramatically reduced the administrative time associated with completing month-end reports by taking advantage of Microsoft Dynamics NAV’s superior out-of-the-box reporting functionality.  Most importantly, Tangle Teezer has managed to integrate The NAV | 365 People solution with three business critical systems - on time but under budget - very rare for IT projects. 

Next on the horizon is expanding the system in a more dynamic way.  Tangle Teezer plans to make Dynamics NAV an intrinsic part of Strategic Account Planning by using it to log sales leads and future opportunities and even aid decision-making on future product lines, sales forecasting and ultimately improve customer relationships.
