Course Overview

This course gives you the basics you need to manage and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM. The course is designed for System Admins and System Customisers only. You’ll learn how to control access with security roles, teams, and business units, and how to set up views and dashboards for users. By the end, you’ll be ready to handle key admin tasks and keep your CRM organised, secure, and simple to use.

This session will be delivered in a webinar format, so no virtual machines are required. Attendees can simply join the session and follow along with the demonstrations.
