Course Overview

This course builds your foundation in managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM. You will learn how to control access through security roles, teams and business units, and how to shape the user experience with views and dashboards. By the end, you will feel confident handling core admin tasks and keeping your CRM environment structured, secure and easy to navigate.

This session will be delivered in a webinar format, so no virtual machines are required. Attendees can simply join the session and follow along with the demonstrations.
