nHanced Conversations

It’s good to talk. We firmly agree with this adage!

In standard Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central it’s not that easy to chat to your colleagues about what is going on with something, or even someone! So, we invented nHanced Conversations.

Using this module users can start a thread or chat with other users or contacts about a particular record in the system, be that an item, document or contact etc. nHanced Conversations uses a ‘tagging’ mechanism familiar to almost everyone to allow people to direct questions or information to specific people, just @ them!

Replying is simple, and you can set up email notifications to let people know they have been mentioned. No more switching from your Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central system to your chat system or hunting down the right item that someone just messaged you about!

Examples

  • Add conversations to a sales quote to discuss progress
  • Ask a colleague if an item does a particular thing or has a certain spec
  • Ask an account manager if they were in touch with a contact recently
